Prior to joining The Oriel Law Group in 2006, Attorney Dan Perkins closed more than 3,000 Massachusetts real estate mortgage loans.

Currently, his duties include ordering and supervising all items necessary for a real estate closing. Dan is the office’s liaison between lenders, borrowers, sellers, and real estate agents. He also works with national vendors who use the services of Oriel & Associates for title work. His post closing duties include preparing and issuing title insurance policies.
